Cyprus
– an island full of ancient history and
cultural charm is famous for the Aphrodite temple,
palaces and tombs in Phapos. Don’t miss
out on the beautiful mosaics and the amazing architecture
around the city.
Other cities to visit are Lefkosia (Nicosia) the
Greek Cypriot capital, Famagusta (Gazimagusa)
notable for its churches, Kyrenia (Girne) with
its castle and the world's oldest shipwreck, and
finally Troödos Massif with the scenic mountains
and the Kykkos Monastery.

Information:
Mobile phones cannot be used during driving, unless
a hands free devised is being used. Children under
the age of five cannot, under any circumstances
sit in the front passenger seat. Children from
five to ten years old may occupy the front passenger
seat only if an appropriate child’s seat
belt has been fitted.
Road distances and speed limits are in kilometres
and (km/h). The maximum speed limit on the motorways
is 100 km/h and the lowest speed limit is 65 km/h.
Generally speed limit of 80 km/h applies to other
roads, unless otherwise state. In built-up areas
the speed limit is 50km/h.
